  • Full body workout using a mix of upper body and lower body weight exercises! Everybody has their own barbell, weights and station to work in. Suits all experience and strength levels. Bring a towel and water.

  • A full body workout, combining resistance/weight training and high intensity cardio intervals. Training in a circuit format keeps things fun and challenging for the full class! Bring a towel and water.
